Terms of Service

1. What Fairway Watch does
Fairway Watch watches MemberSports tee sheets around the clock for the courses we cover. You set a watch with your criteria; when a matching tee time opens up, we book it automatically under your name using the MemberSports account you connect. Watching is free.
2. Your account and your MemberSports login
You connect your own MemberSports account once, and it works across every course we cover. Your MemberSports password is used a single time to obtain a session token, then discarded — we never store your password. If you change your MemberSports password, you'll need to reconnect. Bookings are made in your name, and you are responsible for keeping your account in good standing with the courses.
3. Pricing — the $2.99 service fee
Watching is free. When we successfully confirm a booking for you, we charge a $2.99 service fee. That's it — no subscription, no per-watch charge. The service fee is non-refundable, even if you later cancel the tee time or don't play. Course green fees are always separate and paid to the course, never to us.
Referrals. When a friend signs up with your personal referral link, you both receive one free booking: your next $2.99 service fee is waived automatically. Free bookings have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and each account can only be referred once. We may modify or end the referral program at any time.
4. Course charges are between you and the course
Some courses hold your card at booking and charge green fees at the pro shop; others (like Hobble Creek) charge green fees online at booking. Late-cancellation and no-show fees are set by each course, not by us — for example, some courses forfeit all prepaid fees inside two hours of the tee time. If a course imposes a fee on you, that obligation is between you and the course. Fairway Watch never pays course fees on your behalf and never assumes your booking liability.
5. Cancellations
Fairway Watch does not cancel bookings. Your watch ends once we've booked you — one booking per watch. To cancel or change a tee time, use your MemberSports account or contact the course's pro shop directly; the course's own cancellation and no-show policies apply, and any course fees are between you and the course, charged to your own card. Our $2.99 service fee is not refunded on cancellation.
6. Fair use
To keep the service fast for everyone, each golfer is limited to 5 active watches. Don't use Fairway Watch to scrape tee sheets, resell tee times, or interfere with the courses' booking systems. We may pause or close accounts that abuse the service.
7. No guarantee of a tee time
Tee sheets move fast and popular slots get taken. We watch around the clock, but we can't guarantee a matching tee time will appear or that a booking will succeed. The service is provided "as is" — if a booking fails, we'll tell you right away and you won't be charged the service fee.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fairway Watch's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the service fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for missed tee times, course fees, or anything the course does.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. If the changes matter, we'll tell you by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Fairway Watch after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
